  1. Using CannMart's online medical cannabis platform

When you sign up to use CannMart's online medical cannabis platform, we will need to collect some personal information from you in order to provide you with our services. If you are already registered with Cannmart MD, your profile's personal information can be transferred directly to us. If you are registered with a difference Licensed Producer, you will need to provide your Medical Document.

  • Your Medical Document, which contains:
    • your healthcare practitioner's name, professional, contact information registration number, and province of residence,
    • your dosage information,
    • your name and date of birth, and
    • the location and date of your consultation;
  • Account information, including history, account username, and password;
  • Your address and contact information (phone number, street address, and email address);
  • Service and product-related information about the products or services we provide to you; and
  • Your credit card and billing information.
  1. Why do we collect your personal information, and how do we use it?

In order to provide you with CannMart's services, we need to collect, use, and disclose your personal information. We generally collect this information directly from you.

We use the personal information we collect in order to:

  • Provide you with the CannMart services, including the purchase of cannabis and cannabis accessories;
