When you sign up to use CannMart's online medical cannabis platform, we will need to collect some personal information from you in order to provide you with our services. If you are already registered with Cannmart MD, your profile's personal information can be transferred directly to us. If you are registered with a difference Licensed Producer, you will need to provide your Medical Document.
